The highest of the Tepuyes (table mountains). In Venezuela, Mount Roraima, is 2810 meters high at the borders of Venezuela, Brazil and Guyana.
1 day: Departure from Puerto Ordaz at 8:00 AM by jeep in the north-south route. We went through the towns of Guasipati, El Callao, Tumeremo to delight a hearty lunch, continuing pass the towns of El Dorado, Las Claritas, Km 85, then the community of San Isidro. We started to climb the Sierra de Lema where we stop at the beginning of Canaima National Park (Stone Virgin) for 15 minutes, continuing our ascent we arrive at the majestic and vast Gran Sabana. Thirty miles later arrive at the tourist camp Kamoirán Rapids where we will have a break while adding gas then continue to Santa Elena de Uairen, have dinner and spend the night.
2 days: Departure at 8:00 AM in Santa Elena de Uairen to Paray-Tepuy of Roraima in-wheel drive vehicle. In this place you contracted the services of carriers that are necessary and will accommodate all the luggage, here too we have a lunch before departing. Begin the walk at 12:00 PM, it will take four to five hours, crossing rivers, hills and peneplains up to the Tek River Camp or to the Rio Kukenán, depending on weather conditions we will camp and dine at one of these two points.
Day 3: After breakfast, we continue our walk through and climb many hills at the foot of the imposing Tepuy after five hours away. This site is known as Camp ba is the Roraima and has an altitude of approximately 700 meters. At this point between one and two in the afternoon, have lunch and rest. Then organize the camp, this work is done by Indian carriers. Here is a quick tour of the area to observe the various species of plants. It will have dinner and overnight at the site.
4 days: Breakfast 8:00 AM, start your day with a climb to the top of Tepuy. The route of ascent takes about four hours, this will undoubtedly depend on the climatic conditions of time and physical conditions of the group. The climb is not strong but the road is rocky, crossing a forest in which it gives a very characteristic endemic flora of this type of rock formations. Once on top we will go to the caves known as Rocky Hotels, places for camping. It will reach the summit of Roraima of 1:00 to 14:00 or so, the lunch and rest, then walk about two hours to the south west of the rocky platform to meet and climb to the highest point of Roraima 1,200 m This site is known as the Maverick car. From there we can see (if weather conditions permit), much of the region of the Gran Sabana and the extension of the rocky platform as the top of this wonderful Tepuy we return to our camp where we had dinner and slept.
5 days: After breakfast, begin a tour Tepuy surface, which is characterized by bizarre rock formations and streams of high geological value, since it is one of the most ancient on the planet, the origin of Roraima Formation dates from about 1800-2000000000 years. At the top is possible to make two trips: One is to the Triple Point, so called because there where the borders of Venezuela, Brazil and Guyana Reclamation Zone. During this walk you can admire the Valley of the Crystals, the Monkey Eating Ice Cream, The Trench, The Labyrinth, etc. This tour is done in eight hours, round trip, lunch on the way and we will stop to take pictures. Be returned to the camp at approximately 4:00 PM. The other trip is to the area known as The Pit, from here we can appreciate the Tepuy Matawi (Kukenán), the Prow of Roraima and the forest that lies between these two Tepuys. During this tour will cross a small valley Quartz Crystal, we appreciate and swim, weather permitting, at a place known as Crystal Wells, which are small pits with a bed of quartz and crystal clear waters. Either of the two walks that you choose depends on the preference of the group.
6 days: we will go down after breakfast due Teek-Paru River. The first part of this hike concludes at Camp ba are, where we have lunch and rest. Then walked up to the Teek-Paru River where we enjoy an exquisite bath, dinner and overnight in this place.
7 days: After breakfast start walking they will return to the town of Paray-Tepuy of Roraima, where we expect our transport units. Here we will have our lunch and refreshments, we returned to Santa Elena de Uairen, sleeping and resting.
8 days: After breakfast return to Puerto Ordaz. Return to Caracas.

Protective or sunscreen insect repellent, personal medicines and plastic bags to wrap the wet clothes and visor cap
Note: It is recommended that the weight of the bags or backpacks should not exceed 12 kg, so the walk is less stressful. Those tourists interested in taking a personnel carrier as they may recruit in Paray-Tepuy (those borne by the tourists).
Helicopter Tours (Optional): We'll fly around Roraima, Salto and Raul Kukenan Meru having a duration of 1 hour 30 minutes and 10 minutes on the ground at each site indicated this gives two hours of flight. The capacity of the helicopter is four passengers per flight. Requires 4 pax or more, to choose a good price. The helicopter could also be rented for an hour to reach any other point on the Tepuys or other site specific!
(We do not accept any type of payment the day of the tour for reasons of logistics). We do not make money back by re-routing,
change of plans, and other personal inconveniences. If after you have made a total or partial cancellation of the trip, the person or group
people decided to suspend the tour, in this case it must be a credit note to perform any type of excursion when
prefer. You will recalculate the tariffs in force and will not be refund of the money. Each time you make a payment, either by transfer
electronic deposit or other means must email the transaction details (name, bank, transaction #, date, method of payment and

The lodge in Canaima National Park are provided by the indigenous inhabitants of the Pemón therefore does not possess a
electrical infrastructure as strong as the rest of the country and ba are power plants, are limited to providing additional services
as Hot Water, Air Conditioning) No Hot Water / Air Conditioning / TV, clean, comfortable and generally with a
great view, plus you do not need air conditioning because these are located on a hill 900 meters above the level
Tues In some cases the distribution of rooms will not be like the customer in Santa Elena prefire.Hospedaje Uairén is first
natural tourist camps, and if not available will be in hotels or inns that are consistent with the package: In this case if there is A / A, A / C and
TV.
In Santa Elena there are only two (2) 4 star hotels we work and if you prefer you may accomodarse here - provided
where there is availability. If you want to stay in a Hotel or Inn of four stars, you should call for the availability and the readjustment of its
package.
